Furniture, appliances and everyday household junk
An unwanted sofa, mattress or appliance can take up space long after you stop using it. TrashDash removes furniture, mattresses, appliances, exercise equipment, hot tubs, e-waste and TVs, as well as general household clutter. You do not need to bring everything to the curb: our crew handles the lifting and loading from the rooms and outdoor spaces where the items are located. Send photos of what needs to go and describe its location so the quote reflects both the amount of material and the work involved. If you are unsure about an item, ask before scheduling rather than assuming every material can be collected.
Garage, basement, attic and whole-property cleanouts
A cleanout may involve a few bulky items or contents spread across several rooms. We clear garages, basements, attics and sheds, along with whole-home, estate, foreclosure and rental-turnover projects. Tell us which spaces need clearing and whether the job includes stairs, an outbuilding or items in more than one location. For a larger estate project, our Estate & Foreclosure Cleanouts service includes coordination with realtors, attorneys and executors. Decide which items should remain before the work begins and explain the removal scope when requesting your estimate.
Yard waste and trash: separate full loads only
TrashDash accepts yard waste and trash, but they must be separate loads: a full load of trash OR a full load of yard waste, never mixed together. Yard material includes brush, branches and leaves; our Brush & Vegetation Clearing service also covers overgrowth and storm-debris projects. When sending photos, identify whether you have yard material, trash or both. If both need hauling, tell us they are separate piles so we can discuss separate loads. Keeping the materials apart matters even when everything comes from the same property. A household cleanout and a brush pile are not one mixed load.
Construction debris and commercial cleanup
Remodels and property turnovers can leave construction debris alongside unwanted contents. Tell us the material types, approximate amount and access to the pile so we can confirm the hauling scope. If a structure still needs to come down, our Demolition service covers garages, sheds, decks, fences, hot tubs and interior tear-outs, with debris removal and final cleanup addressed in the project estimate. Business customers can use Commercial Cleanup for office furniture, retail debris, job-site waste and illegal dumping. Recurring retail property cleanup is also available. Commercial work is scoped separately; household load rates should not be treated as a quote for demolition or another service.

We review the scope and pricing before the work, then discuss scheduling for your location. Our crew does the lifting, loading and hauling rather than leaving you to fill a container yourself. Cleanup is part of the agreed cleanout work. For larger projects, describe the whole property instead of only one pile so the estimate can reflect the full job. If your plans change or you find additional material, let us know before the pickup.
Choosing full-service removal or a dumpster
Full-service junk removal suits projects where you want the crew to load and haul the unwanted items. A 15-yard roll-off dumpster is a different option when you prefer to fill a container over your rental period: we drop it off, you load it and we haul it away. Our Dumpster Rental page explains the existing durations, rates and material guidance. Paint and tires can be taken separately, just not in the dumpster; heavy debris must be declared before rental approval. Rental requests are not confirmed reservations until TrashDash confirms the arrangements.
